DELIVERY SERVICE AND TIMESLOTS
To ensure safety and reliability of our goods, all items purchased are delivered by our in-house delivery service.
Our in-house deliveries will be scheduled into different time slots. Our friendly customer service personnel will get in touch with you to
confirm the optimum delivery time slot.
Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. For purchases $2000 and above in a single transaction, a one-time delivery trip will be free.
A delivery charge of S$50.00 (inclusive of GST) will be charged for purchases below S$2000.
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
UNABLE TO ACCESS THE ELEVATOR
In the event that our delivery team has difficulty in accessing your apartment through the elevator, we will assess the feasibility for the bulky item to be carried up through the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Molecule will seek confirmation from you to carry the item/s through the staircase. Should we proceed with staircase in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per item will be levied and a quote will be obtained for you from a 3rd party mover.
If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. You can exchange your purchase with other items in our online store or showroom.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS / Or Customer Non-presence to receive the goods
All undelivered orders will be returned to our own warehouse. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery date and time. A re-delivery fee of S$25.00 will be charged and collected in cash upon the re-delivery.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
Shipping your items on time is extremely important to us. We will do our utmost best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates and time. In the event of delay in delivery due to unforeseen situations, Molecule reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. Molecule shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Molecule or to any comparison.
When receiving the item(s), customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings before our delivery team leave the premises. If you identify any imperfection, please inform our friendly delivery team to indicate it in the delivery order form before signing off. In the event an exchange cannot be made, Molecule reserves the rights to offer a substitute or refund.
Molecule shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Molecule or to any comparison. Once delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good condition. If customer do not want to inspect the goods and surroundings at the point of delivery, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good order and condition hence complaints of any discrepancies at a later stage will not be entertained.
